Yorkshire people, practical expertise and a simpler way to look after your commercial site.
13+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
YRC Maintenance & Surfacing is the commercial division of The Yorkshire Resin Company. We’ve been delivering surfacing and groundworks for over 13 years, building the practical experience to handle everything from everyday repairs to complex projects.
Based in Leeds, our experienced teams work with businesses and organisations across Yorkshire. Our approach is straightforward: understand the job, explain the options and deliver work we can stand behind.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK
Skilled people, familiar faces and the right equipment for the job. Keeping delivery in our own hands helps us coordinate the work and maintain consistent standards on site.
A SIMPLER WAY TO GET IT SORTED
Quick quotes, online acceptance and live documents make life easier for our customers. Behind the scenes, our own digital tools keep the office and site teams working together.
BUILT ON TRUST
Hear from customers about the service, communication and workmanship behind YRC. Their feedback gives you a feel for what it’s like to work with us.
