Complete the outside spaces
We work with developers on new surfacing and on repairs to existing external areas. The scope, specification and programme are agreed around the development and its wider construction schedule.
External works often involve several connected details: an entrance meeting a footpath, parking beside planted areas, or finished surfaces around drainage covers. We consider these junctions as part of the agreed package, helping the completed areas feel coherent rather than a collection of separate jobs.
Areas we work on
- Roads and parkingSurfacing and associated preparation specified for the expected use.
- Driveways and entrancesA choice of appropriate finishes, with levels, edges and drainage considered together.
- Paths and communal areasPaving and repairs for shared routes and outdoor spaces.
Coordinate the detail
We discuss site access, other trades, material choices and handover requirements before starting. Any project-specific approvals or testing requirements should form part of the agreed scope.
For phased developments, we discuss which areas are ready for final surfacing and which still need construction access. Tell us about planned handovers and remaining trades so that preparation, installation and protection of completed work can be coordinated with your site team.
Experience and organised delivery
With more than 13 years of surfacing and groundworks experience, our own teams and equipment support both planned projects and smaller follow-up works. Digital quotes, documents and progress records help keep the site and office teams informed.
